Currently serving all of Ontario, with future plans for expansion into other provinces and eventually into the US market.

Amid the increase in vehicle collisions and thefts, we strongly believe in the necessity for insurance and rental car companies to rely on a trusted appraisal service. We adhere to a strict appraisal process that allows us to stay consistent and ensures quality control for all clients

  1. Produce a comprehensive assessment leveraging skilled and experienced professionals.

  2. Provide accurate vehicle identification, including VIN, year, make, model and condition.

  3. Identify and document unrelated damage.

  4. Provide precise labor times for repairs when they are the most cost-effective option.

  5. Only consider replacement when repairing the parts isn't feasible.

  6. Recommend the use of recycled or after-market parts when applicable

  7. When contemplating the use of new parts, acquiring an estimated time of arrival to prevent delivery delays.

  8. Eliminate labor overlap that the estimating software doesn't recognize

  9. Identify betterment or depreciation when applicable.

  10. Recommend appearance allowances when applicable.

  11. If viable, repairing plastic and vinyl damage to maintain a lower cost of estimates

  12. Document and report any excess towing & storage charges.

  13. Display the actual cash value (ACV) and salvage figures for all vehicles categorized as Borderline or Total Loss.

  14. Support any supplemental damages with images and invoices

  15. Maintain a quality control program by monitoring standards to ensure services meet all criteria.

  16. Continuously pursue training that incorporates new design changes and repair procedures.

  17. Conduct all business with a high level of professionalism.

  • Detailed valuation reports for total loss vehicles

  • Completion of M.T.O vehicle branding forms on total losses.

  • Capability to run an Audatex autosource for valuations

  • Searching for comparables to support autosource values

  • Regular electronic updates provided for all ongoing files every 24 to 48 hours, as required.

  • Delivery of electronic files along with the corresponding invoice.

  • Incorporating and executing guidelines provided by the client.

  • Salvage bids when requested.

  • File completion (of standard files with no images) within 72 hours of inspection
